Terms of Service

Welcome to Indys Solutions LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our credit repair services. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Indys Solutions LLC will perform personal credit repair and dispute activities on behalf of the Client. These services are limited to disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items from the Client’s credit reports.

2. Client Requirements

To ensure effective credit repair processing, the Client agrees to provide the following information and documentation:

Government-Issued Identification – A valid ID for identity verification.

Proof of Address – Acceptable documents include utility bills, lease agreements, or bank statements.

Social Security Card – Required for credit bureau communication and identity confirmation.

Identity IQ Login Credentials – Client must provide active login credentials for an Identity IQ account, subscribed under either the Secured Max+ or Secured Preferred+ plan to ensure monthly report updates.

Failure to provide any of the above may result in delays or inability to deliver services. Indys Solutions LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from incomplete or missing documentation.

3. Scope of Work

Indys Solutions LLC shall provide services exclusively related to personal credit repair and credit report disputes, as defined in the engagement agreement (referred to as “Exhibit A”). The services do not extend to business credit, legal advice, or debt settlement.

4. Term and Termination

This agreement will remain in effect until the completion of the credit repair service, unless both parties agree in writing to an extension or earlier termination.

5. Payment Terms

Payment obligations are as follows:

Monthly Plan: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee every 30 days from the date of the first payment.

One-Time Payment Plan: Payment is due in full upfront before any services commence.

Payments must be made through the accepted methods on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of credit repair services and the time investment involved, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Indys Solutions LLC and must be requested in writing.

7. Client Acknowledgement

By using our services, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You understand that results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

You agree to cooperate fully by providing requested documents and maintaining communication throughout the process.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Indys Solutions LLC respects your privacy. All personal information submitted is used solely for the purpose of delivering credit repair services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Indys Solutions LLC is not liable for:

Any delays caused by third-party credit reporting agencies.

Inaccuracies in reports provided by the Client.

Failure to achieve specific credit score increases or deletions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We require active participation from its clientele regarding requested documents and information, including investigation results for the sought-after outcome of a healthy, accurate credit report.
